Welcome to R!OT Youth Arts Festival

Stamford, Sunday 14th July 2024

This is RIOT YAF's first year of celebrating young people in the Arts in Stamford.

We're calling out to children and young people in our area to share their artistic talents and skills. Whether you are a painter, actor, dancer, or musician, we're here to support and encourage your artistic development and creative aspirations. Riot is a great opportunity to show and perform your Art - whatever you love.

Festival Venue and Events

We'll be holding our events at the Corn Exchange Theatre Lounge.

The day will be filled with free creative workshop events, from 10am to 3.30pm (so sign up for those, we really do have limited spaces!). In the evening, from 6pm -9pm, there's a free Open Mic session so that everyone can meet, chat and connect. Any young performer, by that we mean singers, bands, instrumentalists of any kind, or spoken word artist, can take part in the Open Mic. It's a space for you to enjoy an audience, entertain the crowd and have a great time.

Bookings

You can book for workshops events below, or just turn up on the day. However, we do have limited spaces, so it's probably best to book to guarantee your place.
